Caryn is a natural connector and she thrives on bringing people together across teams and disciplines. She makes it her mission to break down silos and foster communication, making sure every voice is heard. She has a gift for making every single person on the team feel seen and celebrated.

In fast moving environments where direction can change quickly, Caryn never missed a beat. She would assess the new landscape, put a plan together, and rally the team around a revised mission with the same enthusiasm she brought to the original one. That combination of adaptability and infectious energy is incredibly rare.

If you're looking for someone who can wear many hats, unite a team, and drive results while keeping spirits high, Caryn is that person. I'd welcome the opportunity to work with her again in a heartbeat.

She was the hub of those Product Development teams. She would take in feedback from customers, all departments of our company, and the industry at large; distill it into a plan; do the legwork of chasing down any outstanding unknowns; and work directly with Engineering until the desired outcome was achieved and verified. I've never worked with a more dedicated Product Manager.

And if that isn't enough, she has the energy and charm of ten employees combined!

Caryn is an incredible product leader who cares deeply about her work and her teammates. She has been a great collaborator and partner for me as a designer, as well as anyone else that's lucky enough to cross her path.

Caryn is hands-on with her team, and also steps back to look at the larger picture and vision for the product. She is not only passionate about the success of her work, but also the success of her team along the way. No milestone is ever unrecognized.
